Complete Fundraiser - Error Message

I keep getting the below error message when I click "Complete Fundraiser". Can someone please assist with resolving? Thank you!

Hey @Danielle Wynne Thanks for reaching out! I see that you’ve created a support ticket with our team about this. We’re a bit backed up, so for quicker service,  you could save your story and I could delete this fundraiser so that you could start again to see if we can bypass this issue. Just let me know if you’d like to try that.
