Hey @Cassandra L H it sounds like this could be a device or browser issue. Can you try again using a computer or different web browser? We find Google Chrome works the best.

You can then edit your fundraiser at any time with these steps:

1. Sign in to your GoFundMe account.
2. Select your name in the top right corner.
3. Choose “Your fundraisers.” Locate the fundraiser you’d like to view and click “Manage.”
4. Choose the "Edit and Settings" button under your fundraiser title. On your mobile device, simply select "Edit" at the bottom of your screen.

If you continue to have trouble, you can reach out to our customer care team by clicking the green “Get Help’ button here and they can take care of those edits for you.
