Email verification

I am trying to transfer funds to a bank account, but I am not receiving the email verifications, having tried several times. Junk mail has also been checked. Strange as I receive an email every time somebody donates. This is really urgent, please can somebody help.

I’m currently having the same problem. I’m trying to setup my bank for the withdraws, but everytime I click on RESEND EMAIL for the verification process, I’m not receiving anything. I checked in the junk mail folder, and there’s nothing there.

Please help?
