Verification codes not being received on phones

We are trying to sign in to our GFM accounts - both my wife and I.  We do not receive any verification codes via text and this has been happening for the past 15 hours or so.  What do we do?  We have looked through the help suggestions and tried them all but it still does not work.  We also tried the chat bot who was not helpful either.  How do we sign in to our accounts if we cannot receive or don’t receive the verification codes on our phones?

@Stewart Chapman so sorry for the trouble. I was able to find your chat requests and sent those over to the customer care team to follow up with you ASAP. Keep an eye out for their reply via email! They’ll be able to help you troubleshoot this. 

@Olivia i’ve been trying for two days to get verify codes. My phone number has not changed.
