vetified email multiple times

I've tried to set up withdrawals multiple times. It sends the verification to my email - I click on the verify link - it takes me to GoFundMe page, and then nothing... I go back into set up withdrawals and it says to resend link. It's a never ending loop. Help.

But my question is I can't verify my email. 

Second question is I can't set up withdraw. I'm new to all this. Thank you in advance

I have tried many times as well to verify my email and nothing comes through regular or spam (after following all the steps).  When I reach out to the Help Center I get the following reply “We're sorry. Something went wrong. Please wait one minute and try again.”


I can’t seem to get a solution and I need to withdraw the funds in order to help out the folks we are fundrasising for!

@Barbra Ardila it looks like you were able to successfully verify your email and set up withdrawals, but let me know if you’re still having trouble! 

Whenever I try to transfer the funds to my bank. It asked me to verify my email which I have done several times and every time I click on the green verify email button it sends me back to the home page and I have to do it all over again with no results. Please help me? I need to know how to transfer the funds to my bank? How to set up a bank? And why it keeps asking me to verify my email over and over?

sounds like there is a bug that needs fixed. I am having the same problem.
