I hope we reach our goal as he got accepted for a talent show. We are super excited for him to live out his dreams. The title of your fundraiser is your first chance to win over a donor. Help make a great impression with these tips.  Let’s start by comparing two potential titles for a fundraiser. Although both of these titles are totally okay to have on your GoFundMe, the second fundraiser title is more informative. By including the “who,” and “what” of the cause, it briefly summarizes the story, and encourages your reader to learn more.Proper capitalization and punctuation also make it easier for your audience to process your fundraising content at a glance, which increases the chance of appealing to someone who supports your cause.❗Best practice: Aim for an informative title that gives details to your cause. Use keywords to convey who the fundraiser is for, and why the funds are needed. why is it hard to ask for help

Why do we allow people to judge one of another for asking for help..Today it's hard especially if they have been in some kind  of toxic relationship, tragedy, lost of a love and etc..These day no one really comes  together has one has a person or community...and help each other like back in the day...it seem everyone watched out for each other.

how long should i leave the go fund me active ?

I have never done anything like this before, I’ve never asked for donations for anything,  and haven’t needed to. But losing both our daughter and grandson,  we need the help. How long is a good time frame to leave it up and accepting donations? It’s been almost a week, and we are about ½ way to our goal, but haven’t had any shares or donations in for day. Is this normal?

Hello everyone!My name is Eric and I just wanted to say hello and share what we are trying to do for our community.  My wife and I are trying to clean up our town one day at a time. Donation page incorrectly says the fundraiser benefits me.

I’ve created a fundraiser for a friend who is having serious medical issues. When I set it up, I clicked on the button saying that the fundraiser was for someone else. However, on the donation page, the text says “Your donation will benefit David Maier.” How do I correct this so that it does not show me as receiving the benefits? Thanks!

I made this account about 1 month ago reaching out to see if there was any support in the area or support anywhere lol. A lot of people suggested sharing on Facebook or personal social media accounts but due to my situation and embarrassment that has been very difficult. I’m trying to do it without them having any knowledge of it bc they would be upset with me for doing it just because of their pride I guess I wanna say… but I need help! Starting Fundraising Goal for Rare Medical Case

I have just been diagnosed with one of the rarest cardiac conditions in the world. The symptom is sudden death. Along with that comes a host of complications I won’t go into. That’s not the purpose of the post. The hard part is, that it’s going to be a long year, long painful year (at least). I have a very immediate short-term financial need, to meet my most basic of life essentials, and then there are the longer-term items that are going to add up as I adjust to this new quality of life. While I’m wrestling with keeping a positive mindset, given the whole “sudden death” situation, I’m actually more anxious about how I’m going to keep the electricity on and food available as I go back and forth to the hospitals. So I need to raise about $10,000 as soon as possible, like yesterday, so I have to swallow my pride and just get this done, and to get me through the next couple of months. Though over the next year, with medical costs, and the list really goes on, it’s going to be closer to $1
