Can I get some guidance so I don't lose my best friend?

Hi everyone I'm pretty sure there is people on here who love there pets like I do. Well lolita is the best thing that has ever happened to me she helps me when I'm down and makes me laugh I love her to death but my situation now is not good I have a broken ankle and can't walk much otherwise I would go get a job but I can't and it hurts me that I can't help my lolita to get her the attention she needs. Doctor visits and vaccines and getting her food that she will eat.
